FIXED PLAN

● Students pay for Tutoring Services only.
● Students can choose between a one-off payment (includes extra savings and discounts) at the day of signing up for a particular course, or a payment plan i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly automatic bank deduction. The subscription starts on the day of purchasing a course. All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any local taxes.
● Lessons are scheduled upon a previously agreed fixed time of the day and are conducted on a daily basis, by the same teacher.
● If a student choses a block of classes every day (50 minutes, instead of only 25min/day) for any of the subscription plans, the second class comes with a discount of 20%.
● If a student chooses to pay in advance (for any subscription plan), they can get up to 2% discount from the total cost of the course. Discount will not be applied for monthly payments or a Trial Subscription of only 30 days.
● For Group Classes, students can choose between a Semi-private (2 students per class), a group of 4 students, or 6 students/class. If a student decides to purchase the whole group class i.e. pay the total sum for all of the students in the group class (one person pays the total sum for either 4 or 6 students in a group), a discount of 20% will be applied for a class of 4 students, and 30% for a class of 6 students for only one person in the group – in this case the person who pays
the total sum. The student who makes the purchase for the whole group is thereby responsible to find the other 3 or 5 students. No discount will be applied for a Semi-private class (2 students). If a student purchases only a class for himself/herself in a group class of 4 or 6 students, there will be no discount applied unless he or she purchases a block of 2 classes per day i.e. 50 minutes.
● SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY: All class scheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the class. Cancellation can not be accepted if done in less than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. If a student is absent without a prompt notice (at least 24 hours before the class), the student will lose the booked class. A substitute class is not given for absence without a prompt notice. To reschedule a class, the student has to consult the Office at: office@vox365edu.com, or the Class Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the intended class time.
● REFUND POLICY: A student can ask for changing the assigned teacher in the first 3 days of the Course. A student can cancel a course in the first 6 days, after the initial payment for the course/s. A refund will be issued on the total amount paid minus administrative costs i.e. 3 classes worth of payment.

FLEXIBLE PLAN

● Students pay for Tutoring Services only.
● Students can choose between a one-off payment (includes extra savings and discounts) at the day of signing up and choosing one of our Flexible plans, or a payment plan i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly automatic bank deduction. The subscription starts on the day of purchasing a course. All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any local taxes.
● Group classes: The maximum number of students per class is 8. Depending on various circumstances, in the case of: corporate training, Government institutions or Schools with different needs – we also organise larger groups of online classes. ‘Please click here’ for more details regarding special needs or larger groups.
● Students can book as many classes as they wish in one day. If a student books more than one class in one single day, that student will receive an additional 5% discount for the second class. For the third class 10%. For the fourth 15%. For the fifth 20%. For the sixth a max of 25% OFF. The maximum discount for booked consecutive classes in one day is 25%. In other words, after the 6-th class every consecutive booked class (on that particular day) will be at a discounted price of
25%. For example: when a student books 7 classes in one day, the 7-th class will be completely FREE (5 + 10 + 15 + 20 + 25 + 25 = 100% FREE).
● The purpose of the generous discounts mentioned above is very simple: We want to encourage consistency and regularity, which are the basis for any successful study. We believe that students must allocate a certain time for daily study and practice. Our firm conviction is that this kind of approach is paramount for fast and efficient progress in the process of mastering any given subject and it is especially effective in the process of language learning. Science and practice have proven that CONSISTENCY AND REGULARITY are the key in successful language studies.
